Locally Owned, Locally Trusted
Crystal Falls Plumbing Co. is a family-owned plumbing company based in Leander, Texas. We've served Williamson County families since 2014 — same crew, same trucks, same commitment to fair prices and honest recommendations.
Started in a Leander garage. Still headquartered here.
Crystal Falls Plumbing Co. was founded in 2014 by a licensed Texas plumber who grew up in Central Texas and knew Leander needed a real 24/7 plumbing option — one where a licensed plumber, not a call-center scheduler, actually picked up the phone. We started with one truck, one shop, and one rule: quote flat-rate in writing before any work starts, and stand behind everything we install with a real warranty.
Today we run a fleet across Williamson County and adjacent metros. Every technician on our team is a Texas-licensed plumber — never a subcontractor, never a handyman. We're the plumbers Leander families call when the job matters: whole-home repipes, slab-leak reroutes, 24/7 freeze response, and the honest recommendation about when repair beats replacement.
We handle every kind of residential plumbing, from a Sun City retirement condo to a Travisso two-story to a 1970s Anderson Mill polybutylene repipe. And we're still headquartered at 505 St. David's Loop in Leander — because our home base should sit at the center of the community we serve.

Licensed, insured, registered — and rooted in Leander.
Every job we run is performed under an active Responsible Master Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, with both natural-gas and LP-gas endorsements. Texas requires an RMP to carry a minimum of $300,000 in commercial liability insurance — we carry general liability plus a $2M umbrella and full workers' compensation. We're also registered with the City of Leander Building Inspection Department for permit-pulled work (sewer, repipe, gas, and water heater in permit-required ZIPs). You can verify our Master License at any time through the TSBPE license search.
We live here too. Our shop at 505 St. David's Loop sits between the 183A Toll and Crystal Falls Pkwy — a 12-minute drive to Cedar Park, 10 minutes to Liberty Hill, 20 minutes to Georgetown, and inside the same Leander ISD district that our own kids attend. When you call our number, you're calling a licensed plumber who lives and works in the community you're calling from.
The paperwork you keep at closeout.
- Flat-rate written quote before any billable work begins
Every after-hours surcharge is disclosed on the phone before we roll a truck. Nothing is billed by the hour and there is no surprise line item on the invoice.
- Diagnostic fee credited back if we do the repair
Leak detection and camera inspection carry a flat diagnostic fee that comes off the repair invoice — you never pay twice for the same visit.
- Written cause-and-scope report for any water-damage claim
On any burst, slab leak, or sewer backup that produces an insurance claim, you receive a written cause-and-scope report you can hand your adjuster.
- Permit and closed inspection record for permit-required work
Sewer, repipe, gas, and water heater work in permit-required Leander ZIPs — we pull the permit under our RMP license and hand you the closed inspection record with the invoice.
- Warranty registration in your name
Manufacturer warranties on parts registered in your name at time of install, plus our written workmanship warranty (1 year on fixture repairs, 2–5 years on water heaters and gas, lifetime on whole-home repipes).
